The two Exmoor holiday cottages have been recently converted to a high standard. Graded 4 star by ETC
Each cottage has a spacious open plan living area with wood burning stove which runs the central heating, TV, DVD, CD /tape player/radio, Freeview set top box
and beautiful views over the valley. Dogs welcome

The kitchens are fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cafetiere, and corkscrew!
The double bedrooms have king size beds with duvets and quality linen. Beach and Bath towels can be provided at an extra cost of £7.50 per person per week.
Each cottage has its own garden or patio area. Garden furniture and a barbeque is provided.
The beds are made up with the stove lit in winter.
We can provide books, maps, board games, magazines and advise you where to go for a drink or a good meal.
There is a separate laundry room with an automatic washing machine, drying rack and freezer.
Cot and a stair gate and fire guard are available at no charge. Please request when booking
Well behaved pets welcome -2 dogs per cottage please (or by arrangement).
Both cottages are non-smoking.
